The Indigenous Accord Report a commitment of all signatories was presented to Council on June 24th. The report detailed that the Indigenous Relations Division reached out to 186 Accord partners to report their progress over the last year. 109 reports were received from Accord partners.
I want to recognize that an accord is an official agreement and the report is a requirement within this agreement. At Council I urged those who have not fulfilled the report requirement to reach out to my office or the City of Winnipeg if they need assistance in completing this report.
