Many residents of Fort Rouge – East Fort Garry have reached out concerned about the vehicles with aftermarket parts that are quite loud and disturb the peace. This is not an issue in just the ward and across the city in particular on ‘cruise nights’ which impact some of my council colleagues ward like City Centre colleague Councillor Gilroy.
