Fort Rouge-East Fort Garry is proud to award a Winnipeg Wellness Grant in the amount of $200.00 to the Learning Disabilities Association of Manitoba. The Wellness Grant from our office will support the LINKS program which aids children who need support with literacy development in terms of their phonologic awareness, reading fluency, comprehension and writing skills. This application was a city wide ask with applications received in each ward.
